Can the TheOneSpy app be hidden from the target device's installed apps list?

The application is completely hidden during normal use but does appear in the device's installed apps list within Settings. It cannot be hidden from that location. However, TheOneSpy offers a custom app option where you can request a personalized app name and icon to make the application less identifiable. To request this, provide your preferred name and icon to support, and a new application link will be generated within 24 hours, requiring a reinstallation.
