If features such as Live Screen or Live Long Video are missing, the installed app version may be outdated. To update: 1. Uninstall the existing app from the target device (go to Settings > Apps > Google Store Services, click it 5 times, enter your activation code in the pop-up, then uninstall). 2. Reset the activation code from the dashboard (My Other Licenses > Reset Activation Code). Download any important data first, as this step permanently deletes existing data. 3.
