Under what conditions is a refund issued?
Refunds are only processed when a verified issue with the app itself cannot be resolved by the support team. If you report a problem and the support team is unable to fix it, a refund will be considered. Refund requests submitted without a reported technical issue, or where the problem is caused by factors outside the app (such as the target device being inaccessible), are not covered under the refund policy.
