A refund is not processed immediately upon request. Support will first require you to join a live chat session with the target device available, so the team can investigate the issue and attempt to resolve it. If the problem remains unresolved after the troubleshooting session, the refund will then be processed. Live chat sessions are available Monday to Friday, 2:00 AM–8:00 AM GMT-4.
