Are VoIP call recordings (e.g., WhatsApp) always captured, and where can I find them?

VoIP call recordings are available in the VoIP Call Recording section of the dashboard. However, not all VoIP calls may be recorded, and there is a known issue where some recordings may display an incorrect caller name.
