Can I download files directly from the target device using the File Manager feature?

No. The File Manager feature only displays a list of files on the target device; direct file downloads are not supported. Similarly, there is no option to export data such as SMS messages in bulk (e.g., as a CSV file). SMS messages can only be reviewed one page at a time within the dashboard.
