How do I transfer the TheOneSpy app to a new device when the old device is broken or inaccessible?

If the old device is broken and you cannot uninstall the app remotely, you can reset your license and install the app on the new device. Contact support or use the License Manager in your dashboard to reset the activation code. Note that resetting the code will delete existing data from the dashboard, so download any important data beforehand. Then install the app fresh on the new device using your new activation code.
