The keylogger / keylogging feature has stopped recording data. What should I do?
If the keylogger stops capturing data, support will first verify whether the service is functioning correctly on the server side. If no data appears, it may be because the target user has not typed anything during that period. If the issue persists, the support team can restart the service from their end. Note that for PC monitoring, whether the target device uses a physical (built-in) or virtual keyboard may affect keylogger behavior and is relevant information to provide to support.
