The View 360 / live camera streaming feature has no sound. How do I fix it?
This issue is typically caused by using an outdated version of the app. To resolve it, reinstall the application by following these steps:
1. Go to your dashboard and log in with your credentials.
2. Navigate to License Manager and select the uninstallation guide. Follow the steps to uninstall the app.
3. Before resetting, download any important data from the dashboard, as it will be permanently deleted after a reset.
4. Go to My Other Licenses, click the Reset activation code button, and note the new code.
5. Return to the dashboard, tap Installation Guide, and follow the steps to reinstall the latest version using your license key.
