Why can I only hear one side of a recorded call, and how can I fix it?

One-sided call audio can occur if a third-party call recorder application on the target device is restricting microphone access to other apps. To investigate, check the list of installed applications on the target device via the dashboard (Activities > Installed Apps). Additionally, ensure that no unnecessary apps have microphone permission enabled (Settings > Privacy & Security > Permission Manager > Microphone).
