Why do scheduled mic bug or video bug recordings not execute at the exact time I set?

Scheduled bugs execute when the target device is online and reachable. If the device is turned off, in airplane mode, or has no active internet connection at the scheduled time, the command will be delayed until the device comes back online. The time shown in the scheduled bug status reflects the scheduled time, while the timestamp on the recorded file reflects when the recording actually started. This discrepancy is not a time format issue but a result of the device being unavailable at the scheduled time.
